Tiptur Residence Design by Ojasviha

Minimalism involves the use of simple design elements without ornamentation. Proponents of minimalism belive that condensing the content and form of a design to its bare essentials, reveals the true ‘essence of architecture’.
Its a pretty decent site of size 30X40 for a number of 5 family located in a small town called tiptur. Consists living, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, study, family space and balcony.
This project is quite different from other projects because this is designed with the concept of function follows form. By using a projections and geometric forms we have come up with simple and clean facade finished with exterior textured paint. And those projections are not only for the purpose of facade its used as chajjas for windows. And to break the monotony sloping roof is added for the balcony finished with Mangalore tiles. which gives a essence of local materials and adds a glitch for the facade.
